How It Works

All we need from you is to choose from a few pre event options so we can do all the background preparation for your event and then leave the rest to us. We'll make all the adjustments, allowing for your chosen options to be available on the day. We will liaise with you every step of the way, confirming access to your venue and where applicable liaise directly with the venue to make arrangements for timing and set up.

It takes roughly 20 minutes to set up, and we need access to a level surface with a local power source. We can check this all out for you, saving the hassle.

During the event we will guide your guests through the process and make it as much fun as we can.

At the end, we will pack away and we will provide you with your web gallery password - if there is internet access. If not - we will email this to you afterwards. If you have selected an option with a guest book or USB, we will leave these with you at the end too.

Video messaging will be forwarded on to you after editing has been completed the following week.

If Social Media Upload has also been requested, this will be automatic -  internet access dependant. Please allow until the following day if there is no access.
